385. Lord of The Rings bronze cloak pin from from the movie’s armorer. (New Line, 2001) Original ornamental cloak pin constructed of cast bronze open circle with stylized stallions capping each end. The hoop is threaded through a ringed 4 in. pin that functions like the tab of a belt buckle to help secure the pin to the cape or cloak.The expertly finished piece measures 4 x 2.5 in. There were 200 of these cloak pins produced for the movies in various colors (gold, bronze, and pewter), 50 of those were kept and used for touring and production backup while the rest were sold after production ended in 2006.These cloak pins were worn by the Rohan and Elves.The pin comes directly from the New Zealand armorer of the film,Warren Green and is accompanied by a COA signed by Mr. Green as well as TMS Film Props Manager Brendan Weir.
